What is a 5G Data Cable?

　　A 5G data cable is used for high-speed signal transmission between 5G communication devices. It is commonly applied in base stations, antennas, RF modules, and high-speed terminals. These cables usually feature multi-core or coaxial structures and require excellent signal integrity and transmission stability.

What are the challenges in stripping 5G data cables?

　　5G data cables have very thin conductors and complex internal structures, including multiple tightly bonded layers such as outer jackets, shielding, and insulation. During stripping, the outer layers must be removed cleanly without damaging the inner conductors or shielding. In addition, the stripping length must be highly precise, making manual processing or conventional machines prone to conductor damage, breakage, or inconsistent stripping results.
