   The equipment is designed for automated processing of new energy high-voltage harnesses, performing: automatic wire feeding, cutting, outer insulation stripping, laser foil cutting, braid cutting/shaping, inner insulation stripping, shield ring crimping, terminal crimping, AB-end sheath assembly, automatic NG sorting, and auto-unloading.

   The machine adoptsPLC bus control & communicationand afull servo-driven power systemfor stable performance.

   Touchscreen operationallows saving all processing parameters. Production jobs can be edited and dispatched based on requirements.
